Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Triple Shot Services Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our coffee machine repair and maintenance services.

By requesting our services, accessing our website, or engaging with us in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Description of Services

Triple Shot Services provides professional repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for commercial coffee equipment, including but not limited to:

  • Espresso machine repair and maintenance
  • Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Preventive maintenance programs
  • Emergency repair services
  • Parts replacement and installation

Services are provided subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Service Requests and Scheduling

When you request our services:

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information about your equipment and service needs
  • Access: You must provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the equipment requiring service
  • Scheduling: Service appointments are subject to availability. We will work with you to schedule services at mutually convenient times
  • Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be subject to fees
  • Emergency Services: Emergency service requests are prioritized but subject to technician availability and geographic location

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is as follows:

  • Service Fees: Service fees are based on the type of service provided, time required, and parts needed. We will provide an estimate before beginning work when possible
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing
  • Accepted Methods: We accept cash, check, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of service
  • Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect services already scheduled or in progress

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following warranty:

  • 90-Day Warranty: We provide a 90-day warranty on all repair work. If the same issue recurs within 90 days due to our workmanship, we will repair it at no additional labor charge
  • Parts Warranty: Parts installed by us are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims when applicable
  • Warranty Limitations: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations
  • No Other Warranties: Except as expressly stated herein, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption
  • We are not responsible for any damage to equipment that existed prior to our service or that results from factors beyond our control
  • You are responsible for backing up data and securing valuable items before service

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your equipment and service needs
  • Ensure safe access to equipment and work areas for our technicians
  • Pay for services rendered in accordance with agreed payment terms
  • Follow our recommendations for equipment maintenance and care
  • Notify us promptly of any issues with completed work
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Triple Shot Services Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services:

  • Good Faith Negotiation: Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions
  • Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must discontinue use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any written service agreements or estimates, constitute the entire agreement between you and Triple Shot Services Inc. regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements.
